Luxembourg, 14/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - EU foreign affairs ministers have recommended the European Council adopt the strategy proposed by the Commission and High Representative Javier Solana to accompany the transition process in Iraq. They explained in their conclusions that this strategy (UEOPE 10 June p 9) and Resolution 1546 of the Security Council would, "provide a framework within which the EU could continue to help the Iraqi people as they enter a new epoch in their history"....
