10/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission wants civil law practitioners in the EU to be aware of the increasing importance of European international private law in cross-border affairs that encompasses commercial and family law. The website www.eurocivil.info is dedicated to this branch of European law. The European Commission has also announced a communications campaign in publications for these practitioners.
