ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car parts

The French DUARTE group has sold off its engineering division to the Austrian company MAGNA STEYR. These activities represent a turn-over of EUR 18 million and employ a workforce of 285. MAGNA STEYR will call the division MAYNA STEYR France. Following this transaction, DUARTE will have a workforce of 900 and a forecasted turn-over this year of around EUR 90 million.
