Talks on future of textile sector and ministerial meeting on trade in Istanbul

Brussels, 08/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, European Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy discussed with Tunisian Trade Minister Mondher Zenaidi about the prospects of relaunching WTO negotiations and preparations for the conference of Euromed trade ministers to be held end July in Istanbul. Tunisia is currently coordinator for the group of Arab countries around the Mediterranean rim.
