Commission experts visit Temelin nuclear power station

Brussels, 08/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission decided to send inspectors to the nuclear power station of Temelin in the Czech Republic, where a leak of radioactive water occurred on Sunday. "Today, the Czech authorities have reported that this was a minor incident", said Gilles Gantelet, spokesperson for European Commissioner for Energy, Loyola de Palacio, on Tuesday.
