Brussels, 27/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has allocated €35.16 million for humanitarian aid to vulnerable people affected by the consequences of the Afghan crisis in both Afghanistan and in neighbouring Pakistan and Iran. Certainly, the situation has improved since the fall of the Taliban in November 2001.
