Solana thinks Israel is going against spirit and letter of road map - Arab League wants to re-launch peace process

Brussels, 18/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Israel's continuation of the massive campaign to demolish Palestinian houses in the Gaza Strip means that the country is breaching the spirit and letter of the road map for peace in the Middle East, affirmed the EU High Representative for Peace Javier Solana on Tuesday (in connection with these ideas see the "External Affairs" Council's conclusions on Monday, EUROPE yesterday p 5).
