Brussels, 18/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Ministers of foreign affairs from the EU will be meeting up on Monday 24 May in Brussels for an IGC in a continuation of the exchange of view on the controversial aspects of the European constitution. They will not yet be making any proposals as the Irish presidency considers that an "overall package" could only be presented just before the European Council of 17-18 June.
