Brussels, 18/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The time to build political Europe is here. This was the message delivered in a report presented to the European Commission on Tuesday by Dominique Strauss-Kahn (DSK). This report stemmed from work by a Round Table bringing together various European personalities from different geographical, political and cultural backgrounds and asked by President Prodi in January 2003 to put together a "sustainable project for the Europe of tomorrow".
