Brussels, 30/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The International Union of Tobacco Planters (Unitab) feels that the worst case scenario has been avoided, speaking of changes to the aid system for tobacco farmers decided in Luxembourg last week (see EUROPE of 23 April, p.7).
