30/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the request of two Russian exporters (JSC Silvinit and JSC Uralkali), the European Commission has decided to proceed with a partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applied to potassium chloride from Russia. The applicants claim that a comparison of a normal value based on their actual costs/prices on the internal market and their export prices will reveal that there is no longer dumping.
