Brussels, 28/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to award a further €10 million humanitarian aid decision to assist the victims of the conflict in the Darfur region of Western Sudan and used the occasion to call on the warring sides to guarantee humanitarian personnel safe access to victims.
