CmB receives fine for abuse of dominant position

Brussels, 28/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission imposed a fine of EUR 3.4 million on the Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) for having made abusive use of its dominant market position during its participation at the Cewal (Central West Africa Line, now disappeared) maritime conference.
