Brussels, 28/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 6-8 May in Strasbourg the Council of Europe will be bringing together 400 young leaders from civil society and representatives from youth organisations, Non Government Organisations, and political and religious organisations from the whole world to discuss "Europe, Youth and globalisations".
