Go-ahead to granting aid to Dow for extension of PET production site in Saxony

Brussels, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 21 April, the European Commission authorised aid of EUR 28.13 million to Dow PET GmbH for extension of its PET production site in Schkopau, Saxony. Aid will be granted in the form of an investment premium in accordance with the 1999 Investitionszulagengesetz (a law on investment premiums in 1999). Allowable investment spending amounts to EUR 120 million, with authorised aid intensity at 23.44%. The aid was approved in accordance with the framework...
