22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Institute of International Relations (IERI) and the Information Bureau of Brussels at the European Parliament are organising a conference/debate on 27 April on the "Constitution, international situation and the European elections". Speakers include the director of NATO's information service Jamie Shea, the president of the WEU Parliamentary Assembly Armand de Decker, MEPs Jean-Maurice Dehousse and Gianni Vattimo and the president of IERI Irnerio Seminatore. This event will provide the occasion for presenting N.4 in the "Cahiers of the CFSP" focusing on the "European Constitution and international security (the conference/debate will begin take place between 18H and 20H at the European Parliament, Paul-Henri Spaak building, 7th floor, room C 50).
