16/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Hans-Gerd Pöttering, Chairman of the EPP-ED Group in the European Parliament, has commented in a press release on the hearings of the nominated Commissioners from the ten new Member States. He commended seven of them on possessing previous experience in government posts, believing this should set an example for the other Member States.
