French THALES (professional and defence electronics) has sold its subsidiary THALES ACOUSTICS (audio and communications equipment for military markets) to the US group J.F. LEHMAN AND COMPANY (specialised in investment in the technology markets) in the context of a transaction, the amount of which has not been disclosed.
