EDF-ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE is, as predicted, to challenge a decision by the European Commission before the 28 April deadline. The European Commission had ruled, in December, that the public group should repay to the French State EUR 1.2 billion in tax breaks. (See EUROPE of 17/12/2003).
