Brussels, 15/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Moscow are stepping up efforts to extend the EU-Russia Partnership and Co-operation Agreement (PCA) to the ten new Member States by 1 May. The declaration was made by the Irish Presidency during an EU troika meeting on Wednesday in Dublin, led by Brian Cowen and his new Russian counterpart Sergueï Lavrov.
