Brussels, 14/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - "Since the beginning of my political career I have always believed in the European project and I have fought for my country's participation" said Joe Borg, Maltese Foreign Affairs Minster appointed member of the European Committee attached to Development Commissioner Poul Nielson before MEPs on Tuesday.
