Brussels, 26/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Shortly before midnight on Thursday, Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern announced that the European Council had instructed the Irish Presidency to resume and complete constitutional negotiations for the European Summit of 17 June at the latest.
