Twenty-Five commit to serious co-operation in common fight against terrorism and to co-ordinator - Confidential list of countries still not implementing instruments adopted after 11 September

Brussels, 26/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday evening, the European Union acknowledged the gaps in its co-operation against terrorism, and committed to remedy the situation.
