02/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Directorate General for Taxation and Customs Union at the European Commission has launched a new web portal that provides a comprehensive insight into rules of origin. The site also includes the "Guide for users on GSP rules of origin" and the "User's Handbook to the rules of Preferential Origin used in the trade between the EU and other European countries".
