American reactions to entry into force of sanctions in FSCs case - President Bush calls upon Parliamentarians to act quickly

Brussels, 02/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Reacting on Monday to the entry into force of European counter-measures in the dispute over FSCs (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7), President Bush has confirmed the willingness of the administration and American Parliamentarians to bring the proscribed legislation into line with WTO rules, to avoid any further transatlantic trade friction.
