Brussels, 02/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Latvia has proposed, to the representatives of the governments of the EU, the judge in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, Egils Levits and former Justice Minister Ingrida Labucka for the post of Judge in the European Court of Justice and in the Court of First Instance of the European Union in Luxembourg respectively.
