02/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Former European Commissioner for economic and monetary affairs, Yves-Thibault de Silguy has said that he would like to see France send "full-time" MEPs to the European Parliament when they are elected in the June elections. De Silguy, who is currently member of the board at the Suez Group, is responsible for MEDEF 's (French employers) European policy, was in Brussels last Friday to present MEDEF's Memorandum Europe 2004.
