Brussels, 26/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Poul Nielson, European Commissioner for humanitarian aid, and Seydou Diarra, Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire, held a fruitful meeting in Brussels on Wednesday on the prospects opened up by the favourable political evolution in Côte d'Ivoire for co-operation between the EU and this ACP country, which is a signatory of the Cotonou agreement.
