Meetings in Cairo from 14 to 18 February

Brussels, 13/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The 7th EP-Egypt interparliamentary meeting will be held in Cairo on 14 to 18 February. The European Parliament will be represented by members of the delegation for cooperation with the Maghreb. Discussions will cover progress in cooperation with Egypt and the implementation criteria for the Association Agreement signed in June 2001 but not yet ratified (Austria still needs to ratify it).
