13/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - German transport minister Manfred Stolpe has pledged to make the final decision in the near future on the deal with Toll Collect (a consortium of DaimlerChrysler, Deutsche Telekom and Cofiroute) which has fallen very much behind schedule in the establishment of a lorry toll system on German motorways.
