01/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Director General of the Official Publications Office will make a presentation on 4 December of the new EUR-Lex website (of EU law) for the blind and partially sighted. The presentation, open to the public, will start at 10: 30 hrs at the Council's press centre. Established as part of the European Year of the Disabled initiatives, a special code enables the site to be consulted using software and hardware used by disabled people, explains the Council.
