Brussels, 01/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Employment and Social Policy Minister of the enlarged EU, who met in Brussels on 1 December under the chairmanship of Roberto Maroni, unanimously reached a partial political agreement on the distribution of social service charges between the State of residence of an unemployed cross-border and/or seasonal worker and the State of his or her last job (see EUROPE of 29 November, p.7).
