01/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the Italian group San Paolo Wealth Management and the Spanish group Banif to share control of the private Spanish bank Allfunds Bank. This was previously the exclusive property of Banif, itself controlled by Banco Santander Central Hispano. The operation was examined by the accelerated procedure.
