Amsterdam Congress (12-14 November) will adopt manifesto for 2004 European elections

Brussels, 27/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - During its congress, between 12 to 14 November in Amsterdam, the European Liberal Democrat Party (ELDR), Presided over by Werner Hoyer, will adopt its manifesto for the European elections in June 2004.
