Brussels, 13/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is to hear the oral defence of the US group Microsoft during several hearings that could last two or three days counting from 12 November, sources familiar with the dossier said. The Commission, which opened its inquiry three years ago, reproaches Microsoft for conceiving software that is not easily compatible with competitors' systems and for integrating the software Mediaplayer directly into its user system.
