13/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the Luxembourg company Clay Tiles Participations, a subsidiary of the Carlyle investment group, to acquire the French tile and brick manufacturer Saint-Gobain Terreal. The move has been examined according to expedited procedure.
