Brussels, 08/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Presidency has decided to hold an extraordinary informal meeting of Economy and Finance Ministers of the Member States to celebrate the retirement of outgoing European Central Bank (ECB) Chairman Wim Duisenberg, and to welcome his successor, Jean-Claude Trichet.
