Second round of negotiation on a new political dialogue and cooperation agreement opens on 29 September

Brussels, 29/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The second round of negotiation of a new political dialogue and cooperation agreement between the EU and Central America began on Monday 29 September and will close on Wednesday 1 October.
