29/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for regional policy, Michel Barnier, will receive on Monday 6 October Ministers in charge of this sector in the ten accession countries. The objective of this meeting is to examine negotiations on programming regional aid (structural funds and cohesion funds) which countries will receive between 2004 and 2006. Negotiations launched with all of them, will have to be finished by the end of the year.
