25/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission is organising a hearing (at the Charlemagne building, Auditorium S3, rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Brussels) on the measures that could be taken at a Community level to create a European injunction payment system - in other words, a swift specific economic procedure for debt recovery in all Member States.
