16/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Popular Party, presided by Wilfried Martens will finalise its position on the future European Constitution on 17-18 May in Palma in Mallorca. Participants include: the Spanish Foreign Affairs Minister, Ana Palacio and the president of the EPP-ED at the EP, Hans-Gert Pöttering, Elmar Brok from the EPP-ED group at the Convention, Inigo Mendez de Vigo and Commissioners Franz Fischler and Viviane Reding.
