Strasbourg, 16/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of Presidents of the political groups of the European Parliament decided on Thursday in Strasbourg to invite the Chairman of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, to take part in a plenary debate during the June session in Strasbourg.
