Convention members from European Parliament call for detailed examination of third part of future constitutional treaty and sufficient time for accomplishing it - Mr Papandreou thinks European Council should take this into account

Brussels, 15/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - While pointing to the suggestions that he had just made to Convention Members regarding the working method (see EUROPE 13 May p 5), President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing opened Thursday's plenary session, confident that the Convention would be able to keep to the deadlines imposed on it by the European Council.
