Mr Liikanen in Moscow for talks on industrial co-operation

Brussels, 03/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - the European Commissioner for Enterprise and the Information Society, Erkki Liikanen, will be in Moscow on Friday to discuss policy initiatives and co-operation with Russia concerning the "framework conditions" for business and investment, industry, telecommunications, and the information society.
