Brussels, 24/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - A ceremony is being held at the European Parliament on 25 March on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. Parliament president Pat Cox will, greet, among others, the president of the European Commission Romano Prodi and Italian Foreign secretary Franco Frattini, who from 1 July, will chair the General Affairs/European Union External Relations Council.
