Acquisition of Azlan by Tech Data is cleared

Brussels, 24/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the American company Tech Data Corp to acquire the British group Azlan Group plc. Tech Data distributes material and micro-computer related hardware and software products to value added resellers and retailers, throughout the USA, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.
