Brussels, 24/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Party of European Socialists is organising a seminar in Bucharest on 27 and 28 March on institutional reforms in Europe, in the presence of Prime minister Adrian Nastase, Romanian Minister of European affairs, Hildegard Puwak, the Vice-President of the European Convention, Giuliano Amato and MEP/member of the Convention, Klaus Haensch.
A PES press release says that subjects to be broached will be, notably, the appointment of the president of the European Commission, the Commission's composition, the Presidency of the EU Council and the appointment of the future European foreign minister.
