Brussels, 12/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a communication, the CEETTAR (European confederation of contractors involved in rural, technical and farming activities) has called on European decision-makers to take into account the following proposals in their mid term review of the CAP: guarantee of an optimal organisation of production in respect of the freedom for contractors; social balance with development of rural farming activities; awareness and environmental responsibility. The CEETTAR has therefore proposed that administrative charges are lowered and stresses that "trade between the EU and Less Developed Countries are not put in danger by the new CAP".
