Most Member States criticise eco-conditionality of aid in CAP reform

Brussels, 12/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Representatives from Member States meeting on Monday and Tuesday at the Special Agriculture Committee (SAC) have criticised certain aspects of the Commission's proposals on CAP reform: "eco-conditionality", cereals. EUROPE will return to other themes in the reform (decoupling and modulation of direct aid).
