Brussels, 31/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - After more than ten years of activities in Macedonia, ECHO, the Community humanitarian aid office, is on the verge of withdrawing from the country where it considers having accomplished its mission in terms of emergency aid. Long-term assistance, provided by the European Commission via other instruments, will continue.
